Larry Beebe is a California certified public accountant and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Syracuse University. As Chief Financial Officer for Parker Properties and its affiliates, Larry oversees all finance, accounting, financial reporting, accounts payable, human resources and administrative activities. He joined Parker Properties in May 2002 and served as the company's controller through June 2003.

Before joining Parker Properties, Larry served as divisional controller for Lowe Enterprises Commercial Group, a developer and manager of office and industrial properties. There, he oversaw job-cost accounting for over $500 million in ground up office construction, operational accounting for various managed office and industrial projects in California and Arizona, corporate budgeting, and financial reporting. Prior to Lowe Enterprises, Larry filled various roles with the Walt Disney Company including Auditor, Contract Administrator and Sourcing Specialist, primarily in support of Disney's California Adventure theme park development in Anaheim, California. Earlier in his career, Larry was a senior accountant/auditor with Ernst & Young, where he provided consulting and assurance services to a wide range of private and publicly held companies.
