Lee Redmond is a graduate of Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA. Son-in-law to John Parker, Lee joined Parker Properties in the Fall of 1999. His responsibilities include directing the operations and new business activities of Parker Properties. He also is the Managing Principal of HealthAmerica Realty Group-West (HARG-West); a joint venture between Parker Properties and Atlanta based HealthAmerica Realty Group. HARG-West is a full service real estate firm specializing in health care real estate in the western United States.

Lee is an experienced developer, having directed more than $500 million dollars of commercial development during the last 23 years. His previous experience includes vice president of The Regency Group in Florida; director of new and existing projects in the Inland Empire for Birtcher Real Estate Group; and senior vice president of Kaiser Ventures, Inc., responsible for overseeing the redevelopment of the former Kaiser Steel Mill site in Fontana, California. Redevelopment of Kaiser Steel Mill site included the transformation of 600 acres of property into the California Speedway and the planning and entitlement of a major 560-acre industrial project known as the Kaiser Commerce Center
