Mike Pace graduated from UC Davis in 1983 with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mike spent four years as a flight-test lead engineer for the US Air Force. Mike attended graduate school at UCLA, obtaining his MBA in finance and real estate in 1989.

Project Manager since 1998, Mike directs the design and construction of shell office buildings and parking garages, and manages tenant and capital improvement projects. Mike supports all aspects of new project evaluation and acquisition, including locating and screening prospects; estimating replacement value; preparing renovation budgets and schedules; preparing pro formas and determining value; directing physical due diligence; and, implementing renovation plans.

He later spent eight years of core & shell and tenant improvement management for Transpacific Development Company (TDC) in Torrance, California. While with TDC, Mike managed the construction of a 50K SF, two-story steel-frame office building; a 30K SF building expansion for Delta Dental; and, approximately 2.5MM SF of tenant improvements.
