Like his father, Russ Parker's career in commercial real estate also began after graduating from University of California, Los Angeles (B.A. in Design). As a founding principal of Parker Properties, Russ manages the design, development, leasing and marketing of its commercial properties throughout Southern California. Russ has been actively involved in all the major markets of Southern California over the last 24 years with emphasis in Los Angeles, Orange, and Riverside Counties. His role with the company is to formulate and implement leasing plans, marketing strategies, and development / enhancement programs for company projects.

After working with Equidon Investment Builders in the mid 80's, Russ was the Southern California leasing manager with JMB Realty-JMB Properties Company. There, he managed leasing and marketing for a 5,000,000 SF urban and Suburban office portfolio, generated fee management business, and was involved in the acquisition, development and sales of JMB's Southern California office properties.
